As a large number of our products are made to order, it can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to dispatch an order, in most cases we expect orders to be dispatched within 5 working days. The delivery times shown below are from the day the order is dispatched. More details of the delivery times can be found at www.royalmail.com.

Postage & Packing charges are calculated by the weight of your order. We don't aim to make a profit from our postage charges, in the event that the actual postage costs are significantly less than the amount charged we will refund the difference.

Orders over 20kg will be sent by courier at a cost of £20 within the UK only. Orders with items over 900mm will have a minimum postage charge of £4. For international orders over 4kg please email admin@terrainwarehouse.co.uk and we will provide you with a quote for postage

Orders under £10 are subject to a £1 order processing charge.

• In the event that you are unhappy with the goods received then you have the right to return the goods (carriage paid for by you) for credit within 7 days of receipt.
• Any product that appears to be faulty should be returned to us carriage paid for by you. If the item proves to be faulty, we will exchange, refund or repair and refund carriage.
• All returns should be clearly marked with your name, contact details and order number, as well as a description of the fault or reason for return.

No liability can be accepted for injury, loss, accident or damage, whether to property or persons, arising out of or in connection with any tools, materials or goods supplied by us.

At Terrain Warehouse UK we respect the privacy of our customers and pledge to honour the following:

1. We will remove customers and their account information from our database immediately upon request - please e-mail admin@terrainwarehouse.co.uk
2. We will not sell, rent or loan our customers' information to third parties for e-mail or other marketing or for any other purpose.
3. When registering an account with us we will need an email address. This will be used as a login name and as a primary form of communication. When you place an order we will also need a delivery address.
